Hawthorn Berries are great for heart health, blood pressure and contain antioxidants. Hawthorn Berries have a vasodilation effect - helping to manage high blood pressure.
Brazilian Pepper Tree
Brazilian Pepper Tree is an herb used for heart problems including elevated Blood Pressure and abnormal heartbeat.

For those with high blood pressure, it is used to increase the contraction strength of the heart muscle.
