Hawthorn Berry
Hawthorn has a history as the herb to strengthen your heart – both physically and emotionally. It works as a powerful antioxidant. Hawthorn Berries are known to be vasodilators, having some blood pressure lowering activity by relaxing of the blood vessels farther from the heart. It is also used to reduce anxiety. It seems to lower the accumulation of fats in the liver and the Aorta artery near the heart. It seems to lower cholesterol by increasing the excretion of bile, reducing the formation of cholesterol, and enhancing the receptors for LDLs.
Ginger root
Historically used to treat inflammation, including arthritis & osteoarthritis.
It works to aid blood circulation.
Ginger contains chemicals that may reduce nausea and inflammation.
Researchers believe the chemicals work primarily in the stomach and intestines, but they may also work in the brain and nervous system to control nausea.
Ginger is used for High cholesterol and well as to lower High blood pressure.
Motherwort

While some believe that spicy food may cause stomach ulcers, a review paper has shown that the capsaicin in cayenne peppers may actually help reduce the risk of stomach ulcers and aids in digestion
Cactus Grandiflorus
Cereus (Cactus Grandiflorus) is used for chest pain (angina), fluid retention associated with weak heart function (heart failure), and as a heart stimulant.
It is also used for bladder infections and other urinary tract problems, bleeding, and shortness of breath.
